- To ensure long-term growth, developed new market and increase share of wallet strategies. Included multinational expansion with products and operations in Canada, Europe and Mexico. Developed operational improvement with next generation publication platform, increasing output by 6 times with 25% of the resources.
- Managed AutoZone’s e-commerce division from 2003-2008. Under his leadership they established a second-generation strategy resulting in a $25MM capital investment to improve the web, commerce, and catalog based assets.
